Damon Disimone

Damon DiSimone has extensive experience in the construction and legal sectors, currently serving as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Peter Scalamandre & Sons, Inc. since April 1994, with additional responsibilities at Peter Scalamandre & Sons Construction since January 2001. Damon's role includes seeking new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, issuing large-scale purchases, overseeing project production, and liaising with outside counsel. Prior to this, Damon DiSimone was the Principal at Supreme Concrete Corp., managing a concrete and masonry subcontracting business with annual sales between $5M and $10M from June 1987 to March 1994. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in General Business from Mercy University.
