Wataru Fukatsu is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology and business management. As the CEO and COO of Scalar Inc., Wataru Fukatsu has previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at Orb, Inc. Wataru Fukatsu's earlier experience includes roles in Big Data Sales, BI Sales, and as a Sales Consultant at Oracle Japan. Wataru Fukatsu holds a Master's degree in Information Processing from Nagoya University, obtained between 1996 and 1998, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Saga University, completed from 1991 to 1995.
