Jack Williams

Jack Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, growth strategy, and leadership. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Inhouse Ventures and Head of Growth at Scalare Partners, Jack has previously held significant roles such as Capital Strategy Partner at Tractor Ventures and Client Services Director at BeingIconic. With a proven track record of generating over $1 million in net new revenue and acquiring more than 30 new clients at Step Change, Jack has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives. Additionally, Jack's experience as a player with the Pararoos, the Australian Paralympic Football Team, has fostered strong leadership skills and the ability to perform under pressure. Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Statistics from the University of Western Sydney, with educational foundations laid at Warners Bay High School.
