Daniel Rivas Sanchez

Daniel Rivas Sanchez is a Cloud Consultant at Escala 24x7 Inc., starting in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Gerente de Implementación y Configuración at AltaPoint Consulting Corp., where they provided advice to clients for the implementation of the Accelo tool, analyzed company processes, and identified pain points. Before that, they were a Consultor Senior en Seguridad Corporativa at VIGILANCIA SANTAFEREÑA, where they developed new market niches, analyzed and defined customer targets, and created specific strategies. Daniel was also a Lider de Calidad at SBS Seguros Colombia S.A., where they assisted the Director of Operations in meeting quality control plans, and defined and implemented a quality strategy for the policy issuance process. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Management Consulting – Gestión del Cambio at Accenture, providing business advice to multinational companies, financial reengineering, and process restructuring to improve business efficiency and indicators. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Ejecutivo de Ventas Senior at SENCARGA S.A.S., where they captured new clients, retained existing clients, and achieved monthly sales targets. From 2010 to 2014, they were the CEO of a Mail Boxes Etc. franchise, where they managed an operational, commercial, and administrative team, and created a sales plan to increase sales and solve customer debt. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Coordinador Administrativo at Banco InverUnión, where they were responsible for payroll, taxes, invoice reception and payment, and foreign exchange for the government accounts department. Daniel Rivas Sanchez has a Professional degree in Business Administration from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2004 to 2009. Daniel also has a Diplomatura from Politécnico Superior de Colombia in Digital Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021, and SCRUM Master from Scrum Inc. in June 2021.
