Elbano Mibelli Pérez has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2018 to present, they have been the Head of Architecture and Cloud Engineer at Escala 24x7 Inc., where they design, develops, tests and deploys web applications and REST APIs in Python and Node.js. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Contractor at JonGab LLC, where they designed, developed, tested and deployed web applications and REST APIs in Node.js. From 2015 to 2017, they were the IT Manager at Zuca Technologies S.A.S, where they lead and organized the company’s IT strategies and supervised and coordinated the company’s IT team. In 2015, they were a Contractor at Antai Group Ltda. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Senior Technical Lead at Mi Plata S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento, where they designed, developed, implemented and managed the integration of highly complex IVR, SMS and USSD systems. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Telecommunications Analyst at Platamovil NV, where they designed call flows and implemented network topologies.

Elbano Mibelli Pérez obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Telecommunications from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello between 2002 and 2012. Elbano has also obtained five certifications since then, including Ruckus Sales Fundamentals from Ruckus in December 2016, Ruckus WiSE Level 1 from Ruckus in August 2016, Ruckus Wireless Certified Associate Support Engineer from Ruckus in August 2016, ITIL Foundations from CSME, Inc. in June 2014, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
