Jose Medina Monagas has over 13 years of professional experience. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Dinaca 2000, C.A. as a Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for network maintenance, software and applications, the development of an Information System to upgrade the product distribution process, creating backup recovery policies, updating and installing software and O.S., and implementing the policies for the use of the computers systems and network. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Cárima/Proyectos & Servicios, C.A. as a Systems Administrator and Project Planner, where they were responsible for network maintenance, software and applications, creating backup recovery policies, updating and installing software and O.S., and implementing the policies for the use of the computers systems and network. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Saetha Design & Systems, C.A. as an IT Coordinator, where they were responsible for supervising network maintenance, software and applications, creating backup recovery policies, supervising updates and installations of software and O.S., and implementing Windows domain policies for the use of the computers systems and network. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Network Telecom & Services, C.A. as a Design and Engineering Support Coordinator, where they were responsible for executing site surveys in order to develop engineering proposals for clients on IT environment and perimeter security, carrying out site surveys to implement last mile projects for mobile companies, and supervising the execution of IT and Security Projects. Since 2019, they have been working at Escala 24x7 Inc. as an AWS Cloud Engineer - Infrastructure Leader, and has also been working as an Asesor TIC, Planificación y Control de Proyectos as an Autónomo.

Jose Medina Monagas has a diverse educational background. Jose completed a Magister Scientiarum en Informática Gerencial at Universidad de Oriente (VE) from 2015 to 2018. From 2000 to 2007, they earned an Ingeniero en Computación / Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Oriente (VE), with a field of study in Ciencias de la computación. Jose also earned an Ingeniero en Computación from Universidad de Oriente Nucleo Anzoátegui from 2000 to 2007, with a field of study in Computación, Redes, Networking, Telecommunication.
