Yermainen Meza

Yermainen Meza has worked in various roles since 2007. In 2007, they began their career as an Analista Júnior at J.L.R. SYSTEM SOLUTION where they were responsible for the maintenance of PDH and SDH equipment, installation of Alcatel-Ericsson-Huawei and ZTE equipment, and identification of faults in SDH and DWDM rings. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at CANTV as an Ingeniero de Transmisión y Datos and an Ingeniero Especialista Satelital, where they managed fiber optic faults, SDH, PDH, and NGN units, identified and corrected radio link faults, identified and managed switch and Metro Ethernet faults, verified installation standards for equipment in the data center, managed TDH system operations, and installed solutions to monitor IPTV channels in the satellite NOC. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Megatrans as an Especialista en Ingeniería, where they were responsible for information systems, development, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of On Premise infrastructure, and development and implementation of data analytic solutions with Power BI and Tableau. They are currently employed at Escala 24x7 Inc. as a Cloud Project Manager and at Finnegans as a Gestor de Proyecto y Responsable de Scrum.

Yermainen Meza obtained an Ingeniero en Sistemas degree from UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL EXPERIMENTAL DE LA FUERZA ARMADA between 2008 and 2013, with a field of study in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico Superior Universitario en Electricidad degree from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' between 2001 and 2007. Meza also holds several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org (obtained in December 2022), MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals from IT College (obtained in December 2020), AI900 Azure AI Fundamentals from IT College (obtained in November 2020), and Scrum Master from Scrum Manager (obtained in September 2020).
