Pamela Ann B. is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operational management and business development. As the Founder and CEO of Scale Experts Inc. since January 2018, Pamela has successfully led initiatives to enhance operational processes for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to this role, Pamela co-founded Virtual Knowledge Workers Philippines, Inc., serving as President and CEO from 2010 to 2017, where key responsibilities included strategic planning, budget management, and project coordination with the board. Pamela's career also includes notable positions such as Co-Founder and COO and Senior Operations Manager, where operational strategies and productivity improvements were prioritized. Additionally, Pamela founded Kharms Workspace Marketing Solutions, establishing a coworking space for entrepreneurs in Quezon City. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from AMA Computer University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Santo Tomas.
