Jez Heard is the Founder and Managing Director at Scale Genesis, a leading provider of staffing solutions for sales and tech teams worldwide. They work closely with clients to identify the right talent for their business needs and provide customized staffing solutions. Prior to Scale Genesis, Jez held the position of Director of Cloud Recruitment at ITECCO, an established IT recruitment firm that specializes in placing IT professionals in reputable businesses across the US and Europe.

Jez Heard earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2019. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Bitcoin & Blockchain 101, Crypto for Beginners, and Ethereum 101 from Moralis Academy.
