Gayathri Waring, MBA, CSSBB has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on project management, operations, and strategy.

Gayathri is currently serving as the Vice President of Consulting at SCALE Healthcare, a position they have held since 2022. In this role, they oversee consulting projects and provides strategic guidance to clients.

Prior to their current role, Gayathri worked at Nuvance Health from 2019 to 2022. Gayathri held the position of Director of Project Management Medical Practices, where they were responsible for managing various projects within the healthcare system. Gayathri also served as a Surgery System Service Line Project Manager, overseeing projects related to the surgery department.

From 2018 to 2019, Gayathri worked at EHE International as the Director of Medical Operations. In this role, they managed and implemented medical and clinical operations for the company, while also providing strategic direction and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Gayathri's career also includes roles at Mercer Health & Benefits, Towers Watson, Aetna, and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. In these positions, they gained experience in consulting, project management, underwriting, and marketing.

Gayathri Waring holds an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Haverford College from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics. Additionally, Gayathri participated in a summer program at Drexel University in 1999, called the PA Governor's School of Excellence for Information Technology. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from Villanova University in December 2015.
