Melissa Smith, CPC

Melissa Smith is currently the Vice President of Full-Service RCM at SCALE Healthcare since January 2021. Prior to that, Melissa worked at CSI Medical Billing, Inc. from October 2013 to December 2021, where Melissa held various positions including Business Manager and Consultant, as well as Billing Collections Manager. Before that, Melissa was an Account Manager at RevFlo from February 2010 to October 2013. Their career started as a Data Entry Clerk at Healthcare Revenue Management from January 2009 to February 2010. Melissa is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Western Governors University, with an expected graduation date in December 2027.
