Amy Duvanich

Amy Duvanich is currently the Outside General Counsel at Scale LLP where Amy provides practical and efficient legal guidance to business partners. Previously, Amy was the Director of Legal at Qualia, a SaaS FinTech/Real Estate Unicorn startup, and served as the Corporate Counsel at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. handling technology and commercial matters. Additionally, Amy has experience as Associate General Counsel at Buc-ee's, Ltd., a retail company, and as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Lone Star College System where Amy provided legal support for various departments. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston.
