James Creedon

James Creedon is the Deputy Managing Partner for Impact Initiatives at Scale LLP, where James provides legal support to the command for all integrated missile defense taskings under the U.S. government. Prior to this role, James was the Trademark Clinic Supervisor & Adjunct Professor at SMU Dedman School of Law. Creedon has a background in intellectual property law, having served as the Managing Principal at Creedon PLLC and as a Senior Associate at Klemchuk LLP. Before their career in law, Creedon served in the United States Army as a Group Judge Advocate and later as a Judge Advocate—Trial Counsel. James holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law with a focus on National Security Law and Intellectual Property.
