Shannon Russo

Shannon Russo is a Legal Talent Assistant at Scale LLP, responsible for recruitment support, employee onboarding/offboarding, community events, and attorney integration. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Recruiting and Operations Coordinator for the Analyst Program at Kobre & Kim. With experience in education and legal settings, Shannon has also worked as an Associate English Teacher at Bronx 2 Middle School and as a Paralegal at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Vassar College.
