Dale Chang

Dale Chang is an experienced operating partner at Scale Venture Partners, holding the position since January 2015, and also serves as a board member for VC Platform Global Community. Previously, Dale was a director at The Alexander Group, where contributions included developing innovative strategies for sales organizations. Dale's early career includes various roles at Oliver Wyman, Sentient Ventures, Proofpoint, Panscopic/Jaspersoft, and Actuate, focusing on sales operations and account management with notable achievements in revenue generation. Dale holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in History from UCLA.
