Bilal abu-Ghazaleh

Bilal Abu-Ghazaleh is an accomplished professional in the field of technology and growth management, currently serving as the Head of Growth and Head of Acquisitions at Scale AI since July 2023. Previously, Bilal co-founded Podium in March 2022, after holding several roles at Scale AI, including Head of Incentives, Strategy Operations & Planning Manager, Technical Program Manager, and Operations Associate from October 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Bilal worked as a Product Analyst at Hive from February 2020 to September 2020 and served as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant at Yale University in early 2017. Bilal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2019, and a high school diploma from King's Academy, obtained in 2015.
