Eduardo Saldaña Ordoñez

Eduardo Saldaña Ordoñez is an experienced operations professional currently serving as an Operations Program Manager at Scale AI since November 2022, after previously holding the role of Operations Associate. Prior to Scale AI, Eduardo worked as an Operations Engineer at Cornershop by Uber from September 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategic incentive plans and tracking operational KPIs across six LATAM countries. Eduardo began a career at GEP Worldwide as a Consulting Analyst from August 2020 to September 2021, focusing on strategic sourcing methodologies and contract management. Eduardo holds a degree in Sustainability Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has also studied Environmental Engineering and Industrial Organization at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, as well as earning a High School Diploma from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
