Edward Park

Edward Park is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving at Scale AI since August 2019, Edward also contributes to the MIT Mobile Networks and Systems Lab as a Master's Student Researcher, focusing on improving the accuracy of roadmaps from aerial imagery and exploring advanced neural network techniques. Previous roles include internships at prominent companies such as Facebook AI Research, where Edward developed a chatbot recommendation system, and Quora, where a system for identifying duplicate questions was designed. Edward gained foundational experience at Google, optimizing data management and creating a Java testing tool, and completed earlier internships at Nasdaq, MIT STEP Lab, and Adventure to Fitness, forging a robust skill set in both software development and research. Edward holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
