George Quraishi

George Quraishi is a seasoned media and content professional with extensive experience in leadership and editorial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Contributor Engagement Lead and Advisor at Scale AI since February 2024, Quraishi co-founded Artifact, a podcast-as-a-service company backed by prominent investors, holding the position of COO until November 2023. Previous roles include Managing Editor for soccer coverage at The Athletic, where Quraishi established and led a team of over 30 journalists, and Founder/Editor-in-Chief of Howler Magazine, recognized for its contribution to soccer media in the U.S. Quraishi has also held writing and editorial positions at VSA Partners, HarperCollins, and Condé Nast. A graduate of Yale University with a degree in History, Quraishi combines a strong media background with strategic and content-driven expertise.
