Jon Sheller

Jon Sheller is a skilled software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and developing software solutions. Currently, Jon leads the Pay & Incentives team at Scale AI, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Jon co-founded Purpose and served as a software engineering manager at WhatsApp Inc. from September 2015 to August 2020. Earlier roles include a researcher at Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute and significant volunteer work with the Peace Corps, focusing on community economic development in Paraguay. Jon's career also includes a software development engineer position at Microsoft, where development focused on the Windows Phone application platform, and a technical internship at Rockwell Collins. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
