Lindsey Allen is a seasoned recruiter specializing in global and regional marketing, communications, and operations. Currently serving as a Recruiter for Gen AI Operations + GTM at Scale AI since February 2024, Lindsey previously held the position of Senior Recruiter for G&A + GTM at Navan from June 2021 to February 2024. Prior to Navan, Lindsey accumulated extensive experience at Uber between July 2017 and June 2021, progressing through various recruitment roles focused on community operations and marketing. Lindsey's recruitment journey began with internships in human resources and organizational leadership at prestigious organizations, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology.
