Walter Yang

Walter Yang currently serves as the Strategic Projects Lead for Generative AI at Scale AI since 2024. Prior to this role, Walter held various positions at LotusFlare from 2021 to 2024, progressing from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager. Walter's experience includes consulting at Monitor Deloitte and serving as an Associate Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners. Early career roles include Analyst at CIBC, Data Analyst and Report Specialist at Heliolytics, and Technical Project Manager at UofT Entrepreneurship Hatchery. Walter began in the field as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto's Health Resources Modeling Lab and has also worked as a Summer Recreational Staff Cadet and Teaching Assistant. Walter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
