Zhichun L.

Zhichun L. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Scale AI, specializing in generative AI since November 2023. Previously, Zhichun co-founded Scout AI, which was acquihired by Scale AI, with a focus on integrating AI into sales processes from October 2022 to October 2023. Zhichun held various roles at Scale AI, including Director of Engineering and Product Engineer, where significant contributions included leading the development of Rapid and supporting internal product initiatives. Prior investment experience was gained at Lightspeed China Partners, and early career positions at Airbnb and Microsoft involved engineering roles focused on payments infrastructure and Windows compatibility, respectively. Zhichun holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
