Sharad Parsana has extensive work experience spanning over the past 20 years. In 2020, they founded ScaleCapacity. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at Live Nation Entertainment in various roles, including Director of Cloud Services Engineering, Manager of Engineering Live Nation Cloud Services, and Senior System Administrator. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Unified Dispatch as a Senior System Engineer. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at SSTech as a Senior Systems Administrator. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Digital Dimension as a Senior Systems Administrator and at USG Corp as a Tools Administrator. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Merrill Lynch as a Systems Engineer. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Surfpin Ltd as a Systems Engineer. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, they worked at Cybervox Network Ltd as a Systems Analyst.

Sharad Parsana has a Master degree in Computer Systems and Networking from London South Bank University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. Sharad also holds a B.E. in Information Technology from Gujarat University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from Amazon Web Services: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (August 2017), AWS Certified Developer - Associate (October 2016), AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (September 2016), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (September 2016), and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (date unknown).
