Josh Maynard

Josh Maynard, SPC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh began their career as a Donor Relations Intern at the Colorado State University Athletic Department in 2010. Josh later worked as a Marketing Intern at Burns Marketing Communications and as a Financial Analyst Intern at Capital Value Advisors.

In 2012, Josh joined Sigma Chi Fraternity, where they held various leadership roles including President and Vice President. Josh also served as an Annotator and handled Alumni Relations.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Josh worked as a Research Analyst at Neon Research and Analysis from 2012 to 2013. Josh then participated in the Colorado State University IPO Valuation Challenge as a Student.

Josh's professional career began in 2013 when they joined Cerner Corporation as an Analyst. Josh quickly progressed to the role of Sr. Analyst and then became an Engagement Controller. Josh eventually became an Engagement Leader and then an Engagement Owner, overseeing project management and ensuring client satisfaction.

In 2018, Josh expanded their expertise by working at CA Technologies as a Customer Success Manager and later at CapTech Ventures, Inc as a Program Manager / Account Manager. Josh excelled in establishing collaborative partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Currently, Josh Maynard is employed at Scaled Agile, Inc. where they started in 2020 as a Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Strategic Accounts. Josh then moved on to become the Director of Customer Success Management for North America and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success and Operations.

Josh Maynard, SPC completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management and Corporate Finance from Colorado State University from 2009 to 2013. Josh has also obtained multiple certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant and Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner / Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020. Josh also holds a certification as a KAMGenius - Certified Key Account Manager from Kapta - Key Account Management Platform, obtained in 2022.
