Patrick Bates

Patrick Bates has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Patrick started their career at H&R Block in 2009, where they worked as a Customer Support Representative until 2011. Following this, they joined GENPACT at Google as an Ad Operations Specialist for a brief period. In 2011, they also started working at Windward Studios as the Director of Marketing, a role they held until 2016. Patrick then joined Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2016 as a Partner Marketing Manager until 2017, after which they transitioned to the role of Salesforce Administrator. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Salesforce Administrator at Scaled Agile, Inc. from June 2021.

Patrick Bates obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Michigan between the years 2005 and 2009.
