The Methodology and Framework Team at Scaled Agile focuses on the continuous development, enhancement, and dissemination of the SAFe® framework. They ensure that SAFe® stays at the cutting edge of business agility methodologies by conducting research, developing new practices, and providing expert guidance. This team collaborates closely with other departments and the global community of SAFe® practitioners to integrate feedback, improve educational content, and support the adoption of agile practices at scale.
