Charles H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Charles currently holds the position of Partner at The Valens Clinic, an outpatient center that provides personalized wellness services in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, nutrition, and dietetics.

Prior to this, Charles was the co-Founder and Board Advisor at Scaleflex (Cloudimage & Filerobot), a company they established in 2016. Charles also served as the Vice President and Head of Mobinergy, a Unisys company, where they led the UEM & Digital Workplace Solutions division from 2021 to 2023.

Charles has a strong background in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), having founded and served as the CEO of Mobinergy from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they co-founded and directed H2G_Lab, a French Enterprise Ready Apps studio that focused on developing mobile apps integrated with EMM solutions and enterprise backends.

Their career started in 2005 when they founded Orion Conseil, a consulting firm. Charles then joined Apple Sales International as a Business Sales Account Manager in 2006 before transitioning to the role of Apple Consultants Network - EMEA Program Manager at Apple Europe Ltd in 2009. During their time at Apple, they played a key role in launching and expanding the Apple Consultants Network across Europe.

In 2014, Charles joined AirWatch as a Sales Manager for the Southern EMEA region, where they successfully grew the Airwatch General Business and contributed to making Airwatch by Vmware the fastest growing and largest EMM vendor in 2015.

Charles H. earned a Master's degree in International Business Administration from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in the years 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Maitrise en Sciences de Gestion - Master 1 in Finance controlling from the same institution, from 2003 to 2004.
