Rudy Wang has worked in various positions in the tech industry since 1987. Rudy began their career as a Senior Engineer, Compilers & Tools at MIPS Computer Systems. Rudy then moved to MIPS Computer as Chief Debugger in 1988. In 1995, Rudy joined NXP Semiconductors as Project Lead and Debugger Guru. Rudy then moved to Cradle Technologies as Chief Inspector in 2000. In 2008, Rudy joined SandForce as Firmware Guru. In 2014, they joined TiDAL Systems as Senior Principal Firmware Engineer, where they designed and coded a persistent Root File System (in FTL) for storing mission critical FW system files and worked in FTL and HAL library. Finally, in 2017, Rudy joined ScaleFlux as Senior Principal Software Engineer.
Rudy Wang attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1978 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Rudy then attended the same university from 1984 to 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
