Jeremy Chen has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jeremy started their career in retail as a Sales Associate at JCPenney in 2016. Jeremy then worked as a Service Cashier at McDonald's from 2017 to 2018. Jeremy continued to work in the service industry as a Game Room Attendant at PINSTACK from 2018 to 2019. Jeremy further enhanced their customer service skills as a Service Cashier at Chicken Express and Sucre Cafe in 2019. In 2022, Jeremy transitioned into the field of cybersecurity, working as a Monitor Agent at 3rd Eye Surveillance and then as a Cyber Security Agent at NortonLifeLock. Currently, in 2023, they are employed at ScaleMatrix as a Tier-1 Support Technician SOC, where they provide support for network systems and data center operations.
