Anish Sivakumar

Anish Sivakumar has extensive work experience in various roles related to recruitment and talent management. ANISH started their career as a Recruiter at Myrmidon Consulting in 2006. ANISH then joined Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd in 2010 as a Project Manager in the Recruitment Shared Services team. In this role, they contributed to the establishment of recruitment dashboards and performance metrics. Anish joined Accenture in 2011 and held multiple positions, including Vendor Management for Infrastructure Hiring and SME for SAP Lateral Hiring. ANISH was responsible for managing vendor partnerships and overseeing candidate pipeline movement. In 2012, Anish took on the role of Infrastructure Hiring Team Lead and subsequently became a Senior Analyst, specializing in Capability/Leadership Development. ANISH played a pivotal role in managing training budgets and learning adoption for a large number of employees. In 2015, Anish joined ScaleneWorks as the Delivery Head.

Anish Sivakumar began their education in 2000 at Bhavans Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya, where they completed their 10th grade. Their curriculum included English, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, and Hindi. From 2003 to 2006, Anish attended Osmania University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Mathematics, Electronics, and Computers. Following that, they enrolled at Osmania University once again from 2006 to 2008 to pursue an MBA in Human Resources. In 2008, Anish joined the Accenture XLRI HR Academy to complete a Diploma in Human Capital Management, specializing in Human Resources.
