Brittany McDougall

Brittany Thibaudeau is an experienced Communications Specialist currently with ScalePad since March 2022, focusing on external and internal communication initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team and emphasizing employer branding through partnerships with media and industry stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles at Fertilizer Canada from January 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included executing a comprehensive communications strategy, managing social media efforts, and supporting brand management. Brittany holds an Honours Bachelor of Public Relations from the University of Ottawa (2018-2020) and a Diploma in Public Relations from Algonquin College (2016-2018), as well as a certificate in Communication and Media Studies from Algonquin College (2014-2015).
