Chantelle Turton

Chantelle Turton's work experience begins in 2007 as a waitress at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar, where they worked until 2011. Chantelle then transitioned to various roles at Great-West Life, including Claims Management Assistant, Living Benefits Coordinator, and Employee Benefits Coordinator from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they worked abroad through a working/traveling visa. From 2015 to 2018, Chantelle worked as the Human Resource Manager at Norelco Cabinets Ltd. Following that, they joined Top Down Ventures in 2018 as the Senior VP, People & Culture. Currently, Chantelle serves as the Chief of Staff at ScalePad, overseeing the company's culture and supporting their vision of revolutionizing Managed Service Providers' engagement with data.

Chantelle Turton attended Trinity Western University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Public Relations and Applied Communication.
