Christy Perez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christy is currently working at ScalePad as a Partner Success Manager for Cognition360. Prior to that, they worked at Cognition360 as a Partner Success Manager from 2020 to 2023. Christy also has experience at Acumen Technology, where they served as a Partner/VP of Client Experience from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they worked at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a REALTOR®/Affiliate Broker from 2015 to 2019. In 2013, Christy held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Safe Network Solutions. Christy started their career at Advanced Network Solutions, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Business Development and Director of Operations, from 2002 to 2013. Throughout their career, Christy has gained expertise in partner success management, client experience, and corporate development.

Christy Perez attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy. Then, from 2000 to 2001, they furthered their education at MTSU and obtained another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Education. Prior to attending MTSU, they enrolled in Tennessee Technological University from 1992 to 1994, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. In May 2020, they also obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales from ConnectWise.
