Kirsten Torp is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in driving business development through people, capabilities, organization, and culture. Currently serving as Director of People & Culture at Scalepoint Technologies, Kirsten has successfully executed key reorganizations and built HR frameworks. Prior roles include Business Owner at people Impact, HR Business Advisor at Coinify, and Senior HR Business Partner at Nets, where strategic HR initiatives were developed and implemented. Kirsten has also held HR director positions at Biogen Idec, Deloitte, Rambøll, the Technical University of Denmark, and Accenture, contributing significantly to organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership development throughout a diverse range of industries. Kirsten holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Aarhus University.
