Matthew Borthwick

Matthew Borthwick is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in recruitment and business development. As Co-Founder and CEO of SCALERR since January 2020, Matthew focuses on providing talent and advisory services to high-growth technology start-ups. In addition to this role, Matthew serves as a Board Member for Strategic Alliance Partnerships with the Entrepreneur Organization in London, where responsibilities include forging strategic alliances. Previous positions include Recruitment Lead for London at Forward Role Recruitment, Managing Director of Digital LOFT Talent Acquisition, and Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Favourite People, where significant business growth was achieved. Matthew holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from Alliance Manchester Business School and a degree in Genetics from The University of Manchester.
