Matías Schvartz

Matías Schvartz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and market expansion, particularly in technology and defense sectors across Latin America. As CEO and Founder of ScaleUp since March 2021, Matías specializes in aiding Israeli technology firms in their Latin American ventures. In April 2023, Matías took on the role of Vice President of Business Development at Okiana Water Treatment Solutions, focusing on regional growth and strategic partnerships. Previous achievements include serving as Director of Sales and Business Development at Elbit Systems, where Matías managed sales initiatives for defense solutions, and holding key marketing and project management roles at Verint, Pontis, and other firms.
