Naima Greenwood

Naima Greenwood serves as the Head of the Knowledge Center at Scaleup, Inc., beginning in June 2024, and is also a Strategic Advisor at Yardstick Management and Diversified Search Group, where previous roles included President and Chief Operating Officer. Naima founded Greenwood Insights in 2023 and is a Chief Operating Officer at ForbesBLK, as well as having held a principal consultant position at Diversified Search Group until January 2024. Naima's extensive background includes significant leadership roles at SpecPro Technical Services, Georgia-Pacific LLC, Bank of America, The Home Depot, and TARGET CORPORATION. Naima holds an Executive MBA in Global Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and is pursuing a Certificate in Global Leadership from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
