Christian Dalsvaag has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ScaleupXQ since March 2022. Previously, they co-founded and served as a CTO and partner at ABOARD, where they built a portfolio of services and an Applicant Tracking System tailored for board recruitment. Before that, from 2013 onwards, they founded and worked as a Management Consultant at HUMIN AS, where they provided management consulting services and developed software products for clients.

In 2020, Dalsvaag also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Melbye Skandinavia, where they were responsible for migrating the company to a modern tech-platform and overseeing the implementation of various software solutions. Christian played a key role in developing the company's tech roadmap and strategy, as well as establishing procurement processes and building vendor relationships.

Prior to that, Dalsvaag co-founded and served as a Managing Partner at 2MONKEYS AS, where they developed and launched an innovative VoIP service called speek. Christian also gained experience as a Network Administrator at Studentskipnaden i Agder, successfully managing the network infrastructure and orchestrating service delivery between multiple vendors.

Dalsvaag's earlier experiences include serving as a Corporal and providing administrative support for the executive officer at NATO. Christian also worked as a Web Developer at Dalsvaag Development.

Throughout their career, Dalsvaag has demonstrated expertise in technology management, software development, consulting, and network administration.

Christian Dalsvaag attended various educational institutions over the years. From 2005 to 2006, they studied Electronics at Åkrehamn Videregående Skole. Following this, they pursued a General Studies qualification at Kopervik Videregående Skole from 2006 to 2009. Christian then enrolled at the University of Agder (UiA) in 2011, where they explored different subjects including Philosophy and Information Systems until 2012. Finally, in 2012 to 2013, Christian Dalsvaag focused on Computer Science at the University of Agder (UiA). No specific degree names were mentioned for any of these educational experiences.
