Madeleine Holbye has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Madeleine began as the President of Start Campus Kristiania and served as a board member for Start Norge before joining Telenor as a Viral Marketing Intern. At Telenor, they worked on developing viral marketing campaigns using new technology to reach a younger audience. After that, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Holbye Consult and as a Researcher at Accenture. In 2010, they became a Sales Consultant at Meltwater, where they gained insight into sales and collaboration platforms. Madeleine also founded Teach First Norway, a collaboration between the Department of Education, Equinor, and the University of Oslo, which focuses on changing the recruitment strategy in the education sector. In 2011, they joined Jobylon as a Country Manager, where they played a pivotal role in building the recruitment platform and establishing sales in Sweden and Norway. Madeleine then joined TwentyThree in 2012 and held various roles, including Head of Evangelism, Head of Business Development, Strategic Growth & Partnerships, and Country Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to ScaleupXQ as a Commercial Director & Partner, and currently holds the position of Partner & VP Operations.
Madeleine Holbye has a diverse education history with a focus on innovation, technology, and organizational change management. Madeleine attended the Kaospilot: International School of New Business Design & Social Innovation from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a BA in Design thinking, Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship, with a specialization in Innovation.
In 2009, Madeleine Holbye enrolled at Lancaster University and completed an MSc in Information Technology Management and Organisational Change Management. During the same year, they also pursued a Certificate in ITIL from the EXIN Institute for Information Science.
Before their time at Lancaster University, Madeleine Holbye attended Kristiania University College from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a BA degree in Innovation & Change Management. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, they attended Université Côte d'Azur, where they focused on French Economics & Law and obtained a DAEF degree.
In terms of additional certifications, Madeleine Holbye obtained the ITIL Service Operation certification from the EXIN Institute for Information Science in September 2009.
