Quyen Di Ngoc Phan

Quyen Di Ngoc Phan began their work experience in 2013 as a Prosjektsekretær at Caritas Norge. They then held various roles within the organization including Aid and Program Consultant and Organizational Development Advisor, where they focused on implementing ICT and CRM systems, as well as managing the organization's HSE work. From 2018 to 2018, Quyen worked on a project for Stor-Oslo Eiendom at the Emergence School of Leadership, focusing on transitioning the construction industry to a more circular economy. In 2020, they joined Sekretariatet for konfliktrådene as a Senior Advisor. Currently, Quyen is the Head of Agency at ScaleupXQ, where they previously served as the Operations & Development Manager and Commercial Strategist and Process Developer.

From 2018 to 2019, Quyen Di Ngoc Phan attended the Emergence School of Leadership, where they studied Agile Project Management.

In 2011, Quyen Di Ngoc Phan pursued a Master's Degree in Sociology at the University of Oslo (UiO), which they completed in 2014.

In 2010, they studied Development Studies for one year at Oslo and Akershus University College.

Quyen Di Ngoc Phan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Political Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2007 and 2010.
