Jill Belconis has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Jill began their career in 1992 as the CEO and President of Shelter Mortgage Company, where they grew the company an average of 20% per year and expanded it into 35 states with over 500 employees. In 1997, they became a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and was later elected International Chairman of the Board from 2010-2011. In 2013, they gave their first TedX talk, "Succeed Like a Man, Lead Like a Woman," at the Bay Area conference. In 2015, they founded Jill Belconis Enterprises LLC and served as a Strategic Business Coach, advising senior business leaders and their executive teams. In 2017, they became a Scaling Up Rockefeller Habits Certified Business Coach, helping business leaders grow their companies. Jill continues to speak regularly at a variety of industry and leadership events.

Jill Belconis obtained their BBA in Marketing and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business between 1977 and 1981. Jill also holds a CAPA PRO certification, which they obtained in September 2020.
