Navneet Mathur has an extensive work experience history. Navneet is currently working as a Certified Business Scaling Up Coach at Scaling Up Coaches since March 2023. In this role, they assist organizations in expanding and growing their operations by implementing strategic, operational, and cultural changes. Navneet specializes in overcoming common scaling up challenges such as talent acquisition, leadership development, and managing cash flow.

Prior to their coaching role, Navneet worked as a Director at Hornbille Machines and Rentals Pvt Ltd starting from July 2021. Navneet provided a platform for aspiring infrastructure contractors in India to establish themselves quickly in the market and scale up their businesses.

Their experience also includes serving as the Managing Director of Worldwide Machinery Solutions Private Limited since April 1998. In this role, they spearheaded the distribution of Vermeer Corporation's range of products in India, focusing on the installation of underground utility systems without digging the surface. Navneet successfully introduced and revolutionized the use of "Trenchless Technology" methods for utility laying in India.

Navneet's career started at Vermeer Corporation in December 1997, where they worked as a Formar Authorised Dealer until January 2019.

Navneet Mathur obtained their MBA in International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical studies at the Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1996.
