Rob Garibay

Rob Garibay has over 15 years of experience in business growth and coaching. Rob began their career in 2001 as the Director of Business Development at Integral Systems Inc., where they were responsible for IT consulting. In 2005, they became President of Disa Goff, a manufacturing division of DISA Denmark, where they oversaw a $12 million business. In 2007, they became a Licensed Business Coach at ActionCOACH, and founded Clarity Pro, where they served as Business Growth Expert and Coach. In 2012, they became a Founding Partner and Leadership Coach at the John Maxwell Group, and in 2015, they became a Certified Scaling Up Business Coach at Scaling Up Coaches. Rob also became a Board Member at SwiftWater Energy Services LLC in 2015 and a Certified Engage and Grow Coach at Engage and Grow in 2016. In 2017, they became a Lifetime Global Partner at B1G1. Currently, they are a Strategic Partner at BizEquity.

Rob Garibay received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 1969 and 1973. Rob obtained a Certified Gazelles International Business Coach from Gazelles International Coaches in March 2015, a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach from the John Maxwell Leadership Group in February 2012, a Certified ActionCOACH Business Coach from ActionCOACH Business Coaching in November 2007, and an Engage and Grow Coach from Engage and Grow.
