Patrick Baroux has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 1992, they worked as a Supervisor at Teleperformance until 1996.

From 1996 to 1998, Baroux served as an IT Manager at Wilde Sapte.

In 1998, they transitioned to the role of Pre-sales Engineer at Hummingbird until 1999.

Patrick then joined Staffware and held multiple roles including Solutions Consultant from 1999 to 2001, Sales Executive from 2001 to 2004, and Customer Services Manager from 2004 to 2004.

In 2004, Baroux joined TIBCO Software as a Senior Solutions Consultant until 2005. Patrick then became a Professional Services Manager from 2006 to 2008.

Baroux joined Red Hat in 2008 as a Regional Services Manager for France and the GIT region until 2011. Patrick then took on the role of Regional Services Manager for France, Benelux, Israel, Greece, and Turkey until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they served as a Senior Manager for Consulting Services. Lastly, they held the position of Senior Manager for EMEA Professional Services Delivery Lead from 2018 to 2021.

Currently, Baroux is employed at Scality as the Director of Professional Services EMEA & APAC since 2021. Patrick will transition to the role of VP of Customer Success EMEA in 2023.

Patrick Baroux attended Pierre and Marie Curie University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a DEUG A degree in applied mathematics.
