Dagmara Just

Dagmara Just is currently the Head of Human Resources at Scalo, where Dagmara built the HR department from scratch. Prior to this role, Dagmara worked at Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. as an HR Manager and HR Project Manager, focusing on unique and innovative projects in HR and corporate communication areas. Dagmara also has experience in recruitment at Mars and HAYS Poland. Dagmara holds postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner and has a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Social Communication from the University of Wroclaw.
