Justyna Kozak

Justyna Kozak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Justyna began their career at Inditex in 2013, where they worked as a Sales Advisor before being promoted to the position of Main Cashier. Justyna later served as an Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager, and eventually became a Store Manager in September 2018. Justyna worked at Inditex until August 2018.

In 2018, they joined H&M as a Store Manager and held the position until February 2020.

From March 2020 to April 2021, Justyna worked as a Recruitment Consultant at HR Wise Sp. z o.o.

Currently, Justyna is employed at Scalo, starting in May 2021. Justyna initially worked as an IT Recruiter until December 2021 and then advanced to the position of Senior IT Recruiter. As of May 2022, they have assumed the role of IT Recruitment Team Leader.

Justyna's work experience demonstrates their expertise in sales and management roles, as well as their transition into the field of recruitment with a focus on IT.

Justyna Kozak began their education in 2013 at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, where they pursued a degree in Informatics. Justyna successfully completed their studies in 2018, earning the title of Inżynier (Inż.) in the field of study.

In 2018, Justyna went on to pursue a Master's degree in Project Management at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Justyna completed their studies in 2020 and obtained a Magister degree in Zarządzanie.

Additionally, in May 2022, Justyna obtained a certification in IT Recruitment from itMatch.
