Magdalena Grzesik-Kucharska

Magdalena Grzesik-Kucharska has a strong background in business development and operations management. Magdalena is currently working at Scalo as a Senior Manager of Sales Business Development. Prior to that, they held the role of Business Development and Operations Manager at j-labs software specialists, where they were responsible for business development, client management, and overseeing a team of IT engineers. Magdalena also has experience as a Branch and Sales Manager at Cpl Jobs Poland and Grupa Progres. Magdalena began their career in recruitment and project coordination at Adecco Poland and Manpower. Magdalena Grzesik-Kucharska obtained a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources and Organization from the Institute of Psychology at Jagiellonian University.
