Nadya Pokhyla

Nadya Pokhyla currently serves as Recruitment Lead at Scalr, where the focus is on an infrastructure as code platform widely adopted by organizations ranging from startups to major entities like Samsung and NASA. In addition, Nadya is a Recruitment Mentor at TheWays, offering expertise in resume preparation, interview coaching, and recruitment process development. Previously, Nadya held multiple roles at Proxify, including Project Leader for Assessment and Head of Recruitment, driving initiatives for optimizing assessment processes and establishing comprehensive recruitment strategies. Early career experience includes roles at Booking.com as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Researcher. Nadya holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University, along with additional training at ESMT Berlin and IEDC - Bled School of Management.
