Ariel Wages, MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They recently served as a Project Principal for Value Based Care at SCAN starting from May 2023. Previously, Ariel held roles at Strive Health, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Market Operations from August 2022 to May 2023. They also served as a Product Manager from January 2022 to August 2022, and as a Manager of Enterprise Program Innovation from July 2021 to March 2022. Ariel's responsibilities at Strive Health included overseeing the clinical design and build of various programs, supporting care and disease management. Ariel's earlier experience includes working at OneLegacy as part of the Donation Development team from July 2017 to July 2020, where they were responsible for implementing solid organ and tissue donation programs at medical centers. Ariel's early career involved positions at COPE Health Solutions, where they worked as a Program Manager from May 2015 to March 2017 and as an Assistant Manager from October 2014 to May 2015. They also served as a Clinical Care Extender Intern from April 2013 to October 2014.

Ariel Wages, MPH has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from UCLA. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Sciences, with a focus on Physiology, from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Ariel obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Bishop Amat Memorial High School. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn in 2020.
